Coaching is often confused with mentoring, training or consulting. While these skills may be appropriate at times during the coaching process, coaching itself is very different from other disciplines which position the practitioner as the expert on the client and the client’s circumstances.

At Pipeline Coach the client/coach relationship is established through a mutual understanding that only the client can know what is true for them. Coaching, therefore, is about client and coach gaining a mutual understanding of that truth. Only then can we co-create solutions that allow the client to put their new awareness into practice, leading the change they seek.
